Is there anybody who can help me find a better way to catch the frog in Chillingham?
I'm having a very hard time.
If you're having trouble catching the frog, I believe someone said that you can press the F5 key, and it'll catch him.
ok, I['ll try it.b
I have caught the frog and used it on the organ lady and I have the organ key now how do I get the repair book and what do I need to do in the library?
If you have the book that the hermet gave you you can use it on the librarian and she will give you the organ repeer book.
I have the book, and I cought the bugs, now what are the notes to fix the organ?
You have to go to the pet shop, feed the parrot a peanut, and he'll sing the notes for you.
I can't hardly hear the notes because of all of the other pets.
Where do I go to get the hammer?
what are the tones for the keypad which is at the toom?
No one can tell you which keys to push for the keypad at the tomb. It's kind of like mastermind; you have to figure it out yourself. Each time you try, after so many tries, the pattern is different from before, so there isn't a way for anyone to help.
oh.
I wish it would give me a clue.
I totally agree with that one. What it calls a clue is simply a ping repeated howevery many times you got right. So if you got, say, three tones in the sequence it'll ping three times but you don't know which tones you got right. It's kinda like some of the pricing games on The Price is Right LOL. I hated that puzzle.
Wow, Chillingham was so much fun, and I was pretty much addicted until I finished the game! DidBavisoft ever come outwith Chillingham II?
No, and customers have been having problems placing orders recently. Namely they'd place the order but not receive it. And if they sent an Email it got bounced back. This has led to some heated claims that Bavisoft are frauds, despite the fact that they occasionally post on the audiogames.net forum. Last we heard from them a few months back they did say they'd had problems with their email client or whatever and that supposedly it'd been taken care of and that the backlog of orders was being dealt with. But no word on Chillingham 2 as of yet. If you ask me it's entirely Bavisoft's fault for people's mistrust in them, not merely because people have had unfilled orders from them in the past but also because they're so secretive. Most audio game developers know not to give out concrete release dates in case they can't meet them, but they also know that they should update their current and would-be customers about the progress of the games they're developing on a reasonably regular basis. That way the customers at least know things are still going well.
If you want to get past any part of Chillingham, just press the f5 key. I know it's a bit of a cheat, but I just got fed up of trying to work out the code for the tomb in the end.
Yes I'm pritty upset with bavisoft for that reason. I bought both Grizley Gulch and Chilling Ham back in June of 2009 and never got my products. So yes as far as I'm concerned, Bavisoft is a Frod company. And I've sent e-mail after e-mail and even had one bounce back at me. So If you want to buy from Bavisoft, I would advise against it.
That doesn't add up. If they were truly a fraudulant company there wouldn't even be games available for purchase. But I still believe it's their own fault for people's mistrust in them for just these very reasons. Not only that but there are no playable demos for their games and they're only available on CD, which makes them that much more expensive. There are two sound clips for Grizzly but that's it except for a couple reviews. But no, I don't believe they're a fraudulant company since when I ordered my games back in '03 and '04 they each came within two weeks. Like I said, there have apparently been problems with their Email client being overloaded with spam so they're just now getting to that backlog of emails. And just to prove my point I actually knew someone who got in touch with Bavisoft about problems installing and running one of their games and they actually gave him the main man's cell number and he was happy to walk them through their problem and get the game running. I'm not saying what's been going on with them is right in any way. But I'm still not willing to jump to conclusions.
